For slightly older kids (ages 4–8), the XR20 provides more versatility with a 6-speed Shimano gear system, alloy components, and knobby tires suited for both streets and trails. Another great option for this age group is the Laser 20, which includes a BMX-style frame, dual braking system (coaster and V-brake), and chunky tires for better control—perfect for kids ready to ride without training wheels. Each bike blends quality construction with child-friendly features to help build confidence and enjoyment. 18 and under helmet mandatory.
